Harish has over 20 years of experience in management and sales in Japan. After co-founding Meritech in Japan in 2003, he served as COO of the company. Since 2012 he has been the CEO of the same company, which is aleading manufacturer of mobile network monitoring and performance optimization & solutions.

Harish is a firm believer of “Giving Back” to society through the mode of education. Therefore, for serving his motherland, and for the bright future of India, he with his wife Unnati founded Wisdom World School, Kurukshetra – India in 2011. Harish believes that an investment in education always pays the best dividends to the society.

Here in Sai Group of Schools, he is committed to provide high quality and affordable education to Japanese and International students through Sai Sishya International School and Sai Wisdom World School.

He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science & Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Kurukshetra University, India.

Unnati has been instrumental when it comes to education of children. She has been one of the key founding members Wisdom World School,Kurukshetra – India which was started in 2011. In last10 years, the school has grown from 237 students to 2400+ students and from 59 employees to 280+ employees. She has always dreamt for an affordable & international educational institution in Japan.

She has been one the trustees of Wisdom Social Welfare Trust and has been involved in a lot of charitable activities in India. She has been the key managing founder of cultural and academic exchange of students between India and Japan for Wisdom World School from India and numerous Japanese schools of Tokyo and Chiba.

She also has extensive experience of corporate teaching in Japan. She has been very active in cultural activities and pursuing her passion of dance via her dance academy Groovers Tokyo.

She has a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Bachelor’s degree in Functional English from Punjab University, Chandigarh.

Indrajeet Khater has over 8 years of extensive experience in Mobile Networks and Software industry.

Indrajeet Khater has over 8 years of extensive experience in Mobile Networks and Software industry. He helps manage Meritech’s Japan HQ operations including Research & Development and Product & Business Development activities. Before joining Meritech, Indrajeet led a team of software engineers for Product Development at Fuji Xerox, Japan. Indrajeet holds an Engineering degree in Computers from reputed Anna University, Chennai, India. He is credited with the presentation of three papers in reputed journals. He is also a Director in Eoxys Systems India, a company that develops IoT related Hardware and Software solutions. With his passion for giving back to the society and education, he is also a Director for Sai Sishya International School, an International IB-PYP School in Tokyo.

Ranjan Gupta has over 35 years of wide experience which includes R&D, technical support, project management, business development, and entrepreneurship.

Ranjan Gupta has over 35 years of wide experience which includes R&D, technical support, project management, business development, and entrepreneurship. After graduating from Denki Tsushin Daigaku, Chofu, Ranjan joined the R&D lab of JBCC in 1987. There he acquired an expertise on Finite Element Methods (FEM). In 1988, he moved to Toshiba’s ancillary company to support CAE products (Electromagnetics Analysis tool) developed on the principles of FEM. In 1995, Ranjan joined Ansoft Japan (later acquired by Ansys) as a Director of sales & marketing. There he created a huge customer base in Japan. In 1999, Ranjan moved to Mastek Ltd, a services company as its country head in Japan. In five and half year’s stint, he developed market in telecom, CTI, retail, BFSI, semiconductor, Healthcare and life science domain. From 2004 to 2017, Ranjan worked as Representative Director of several IT companies of Japan. Ranjan joined Meritech in 2018. He is currently building Meritech Academy for grooming young Meritech engineers in Japanese language, culture, bridge engineering and ISTQB. Ranjan holds Master’s degree in Mathematics from University of Calcutta and M.Tech in Computer Science from Denki Tsushin Daigaku, Japan.
